Q: Can I book a one-way transfer for a concert?
A: We strongly recommend chartering a vehicle for the entire evening. Due to police roadblocks, traffic congestion, and limited post-event access, we cannot guarantee pickup service after the show for transfers. Chartering ensures your driver is nearby and ready when the event ends—no waiting, walking, or worrying.

Q: Why is chartering better for concerts or festivals?
A: With a chartered reservation, you’ll have:

  • A dedicated driver who stays with you

  • On-site availability for a smooth exit

  • No surge pricing or walking through crowds

  • A luxury space to enjoy before and after the event

Q: Do you offer roundtrip or one-way transfers to major events at State Farm Stadium?
A: No. We do not offer roundtrip or one-way transfers to major events at State Farm Stadium. All transportation for these events must be booked as a minimum 6-hour charter due to heavy traffic restrictions and limited pickup access after events.
 

🎉 Weekend Service Policy

Q: Can I book a transfer on Friday or Saturday night?
A: One-way or round-trip transfers are very limited on weekends after 5:00 PM. We prioritize hourly charters to avoid delays and overbooking. If we can accommodate a transfer, we will—but chartering is strongly recommended for guaranteed service.

Q: Why do you require hourly charters on weekends?
A: Weekend traffic, event congestion, and nightlife hotspots make transfers unpredictable. Hourly charters ensure:

  • Guaranteed scheduling

  • A vehicle and driver on standby

  • Flexibility if your plans shift

Q: How do I reserve a ride?
A: You can book online using our booking tool, request a quote for custom trips, or call/text us directly. Our team is here to help! 

Q: Do you charge by the hour or per ride?
A: We offer both, depending on availability and location. For most evening events and weekends, hourly charter is required to ensure reliability.

Q: What’s included in the hourly charter rate?
A: All charters include:

  • A professional chauffeur

  • Fuel and basic amenities

  • Your private vehicle for the duration of your reservation
    No hidden fees or surprise charges.

Q: Are there any restrictions on one-way or roundtrip transfers?
A: Yes. For transfers to certain locations, like State Farm Stadium or anywhere 25+ miles from Scottsdale, our management team must approve the request before it can be confirmed. This applies to both one-way and roundtrip bookings.

Q: What happens if my event runs late?
A: With a charter, you’re covered—your driver stays with you, no matter how long things go. With transfers, there’s no guarantee we can re-enter the pickup area, so delays could mean you’re left waiting or walking.

Q: Is there a grace period for pickups?
A: Yes, we offer a short grace period for transfers. However, for anything more flexible, we recommend an hourly charter so you’re never rushed or penalized.

Q: Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
A: Yes, passengers 21+ may enjoy beverages in our limos and party buses, as long as they comply with Arizona law. Please drink responsibly.

Q: Do your vehicles have music and entertainment systems?
A: Absolutely. Our vehicles are equipped with premium sound systems, Bluetooth connectivity, lighting, and more.

Q: Where do you operate?
A: We serve the greater Scottsdale, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona areas and beyond. We also offer trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, wine country, and other Arizona attractions.

✈️ Airport Transportation

Q: How will I find my driver at the airport?
A: Your chauffeur will text you before your flight lands with exact pickup instructions based on your arrival terminal. No guesswork—just a smooth arrival and a luxury vehicle waiting nearby.

Q: Do you track incoming flights?
A: Yes! We monitor all incoming flights in real-time to ensure we’re there when you are—even if you’re early or delayed. Your ride will be adjusted accordingly, so you never have to worry.

Q: Can you pick up inside the terminal with a sign?
A: Yes, meet & greet service is available upon request at most major airports. Your driver will greet you inside baggage claim with a personalized sign for a true VIP arrival. (Not available with oversized vehicles.)

Q: Do you service both commercial and private flights?
A: We sure do. Whether you’re flying into Sky Harbor, Scottsdale Airport, or a private FBO, we’ll coordinate pickup based on the exact aircraft arrival.

💳 Payment & Policies

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid charges. Policies may vary depending on the reservation type—please check your confirmation or contact us.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, most bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date and vehicle. The balance is due 24-48 hours before service.

Q: Do your drivers accept tips?
A: Yes! Gratuity is greatly appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your chauffeur.
